Alexander G. Almond

Alexander Almond resolves issues for his clients in a number of practice areas.  Alexander primarily works in construction and personal injury litigation but also has thorough experience in uncontested and contested issues relating to probate, trusts, and guardianship.  He assists clients administer estates, navigate fiduciary litigation, protect property rights, resolve title issues, and draft estate plans.  Alexander also represents condominium and homeowners’ associations for a variety of issues, including corporate matters, compliance matters, and collection of assessments.  Alexander was selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020.

 

Alexander has experience with all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, management, discovery, advocacy, trial, and settlement.  Despite the complexity of the issues that often arise, Alexander’s goal is always the same – navigate clients through their legal goals and obstacles practically and as efficiently as possible.

 

Alexander grew up in Houston and received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio.  Alexander served in the United States Army as a mortar platoon leader with the 4 6 Infantry Battalion, First Armored Division, completing one tour in Iraq.  After his time in the Army, Alexander attended Baylor University School of Law, receiving a law degree with a concentration in Business Litigation.
